Hydrolert SH-1050
APPLICATIONS:
The Hydrolert is an advanced,
automatic moisture indicator for lubricants. It is designed for use
with all types of rotating equipment that use oil to lubricate the
bearings of gears. With battery operation, no wiring is required.
Simply spin on the Hydrolert and begin monitoring. Hyrdolert indicates
when a lubricant has reached 70% Saturated Relative Humidity (SRH) by
flashing a yellow signal light. Until then, only the green
"operational" light flashes in ten-second intervals, indicating the
unit is functional and "on guard". Until the yellow LED is activated,
you're assured the equipment's lubricant has not been contaminated by
moisture. Scheduled sampling is a thing of the past, as is the
disposal of useable lubricants. Maintenance personnel now only have to
deal with equipment that "shows" it needs help.
